Harold approaches his work with compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. He believes that healing happens when individuals feel supported, accepted, and understood—without judgment. His goal is to create a therapeutic space where clients can explore their emotions, experiences, and identities with safety and confidence.
Harold has seven years of experience supporting individuals through depression, anxiety, low self‑esteem, relationship challenges, and trauma. He has worked with service members, college students, and people from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. As a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Spanish, he is committed to providing culturally responsive care to Latino and Hispanic communities.
Clinically, Harold integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and a polyvagal‑informed approach to EMDR. He also incorporates holistic practices—including mindfulness, meditation, grounding techniques, and spiritual exploration—to help clients strengthen the mind‑body connection and deepen self‑awareness.
Harold is passionate about helping individuals build healthier relationships with themselves, find meaning in their lives, and better understand the human mind. He strives to create a respectful, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to share their stories and work toward meaningful change.
Outside of his clinical work, Harold enjoys spending time in nature, hiking, cycling, traveling, and reading.
