Jessica Hanlon works with individuals, couples, and families. She especially enjoys supporting people who feel nervous or unsure about starting therapy, helping them move from hesitation to feeling safe, heard, and understood.
Jessica uses a warm, collaborative style grounded in evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT-informed skills, EMDR, and trauma-informed care. She frequently works with anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as relationship concerns such as infidelity, fertility stress, addiction, and parenting challenges. Her goal is to create a nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their stories at their own pace and begin to create meaningful change.
A Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stonehill College and her Master of Social Work from Westfield State University. She has over four years of experience working holistically with individuals with disabilities and chronic health conditions, with a focus on improving overall health and quality of life. Jessica offers telehealth services to clients across Massachusetts through EMDR Therapy Solutions & Wellness, guided by a belief that healing begins when we are able to “walk inside our story and own it.”
Jessica is working toward independent licensure as a mental health professional. During that time, she is operating under the license of their clinical supervisor.
