Taylor Paparazzo, LICSW works with adolescents, college students, adults, and couples who are facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, work stress, and relationship difficulties. Many of her clients are looking for a safe, supportive space to process life’s stressors, gain clarity, and develop practical tools to feel more balanced and confident in their daily lives. Taylor brings compassion, patience, and understanding to each session, creating an environment where people feel comfortable being themselves while exploring meaningful change.
Her therapeutic style is strengths-based and collaborative, focusing on helping clients build resilience and move toward their goals at a pace that feels manageable. She integrates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and behavioral modification techniques—to help clients develop coping skills, shift unhelpful patterns, and better understand themselves. In October, Taylor will begin formal training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), adding a powerful trauma-informed approach to her work. This will allow her to further support clients in processing past experiences, reducing emotional distress, and fostering long-term healing.
Taylor brings over three years of experience in both hospital psychiatric and outpatient settings, where she worked with individuals navigating a wide range of mental health needs. Now a licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, she combines her professional background with a genuine, client-centered approach that emphasizes openness, safety, and respect. She is committed to adapting her care to meet each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
Currently, Taylor offers therapy exclusively through virtual sessions, making support accessible and flexible for busy schedules. Whether meeting from home, during a work break, or while traveling, clients can connect with her wherever they feel most comfortable. She is dedicated to making therapy a seamless and supportive part of her clients’ lives.

Jessica uses a warm, collaborative style grounded in evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT-informed skills, EMDR, and trauma-informed care. She frequently works with anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as relationship concerns such as infidelity, fertility stress, addiction, and parenting challenges. Her goal is to create a nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their stories at their own pace and begin to create meaningful change.
A Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stonehill College and her Master of Social Work from Westfield State University. She has over four years of experience working holistically with individuals with disabilities and chronic health conditions, with a focus on improving overall health and quality of life. Natasha Bourgoin, LICSW, is a Massachusetts-licensed clinical social worker and the founder of EMDR Therapy Solutions & Wellness, a trauma-informed group practice serving adults across Massachusetts via telehealth and in-person services. She specializes in helping high-functioning but overwhelmed adults heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and the lingering impact of painful life experiences that feel “stuck” in the nervous system.
Natasha uses EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as a cornerstone of her work, blending it with CBT, ACT, DBT-informed skills, and mindfulness-based approaches. Her style is warm, direct, and deeply collaborative she creates a non-judgmental space where clients can slow down, feel safely seen, and begin to rewrite the stories that no longer serve them.
Sessions with Natasha focus on both insight and action: understanding where patterns come from and building practical strategies to feel more regulated, grounded, and in control.
As Clinical Director, Natasha is passionate about building a supportive, growth-oriented environment for both clients and clinicians. She is committed to making high-quality, trauma-informed EMDR therapy more accessible, particularly for individuals who have felt dismissed, misunderstood, or “too much” in other settings. Under her leadership, EMDR Therapy Solutions & Wellness is growing into a home for healing, professional excellence, and community education.
Natasha works with adults via telehealth throughout Massachusetts and offers limited in-person availability in the Plymouth area. In addition to individual therapy, she is actively developing workshops, courses, and mental health resources designed to help people regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with themselves, and create meaningful, sustainable change in their lives.
